These subtitles have been especially designed for higher and Proficiency level learners. They introduce dialect and a range of language registers.

Analogue

1. Switch your TV set to S4C
2. Press the text button on the handset
3. Press 889
4. The Subtitles will now appear automatically

When the programme is over, press text again to cancel Subtitles.

Digital Satellite (SKY)

1. Press the red button
2. Select subtitles
3. Choose the subtitling language
4. Press select

Digital Terrestrial (Freeview)
